Garden Nursery School
BREAKING NEWS: We are moving!!! We are excited to announce that Garden Nursery School is moving across the street! Literally a few steps from where we are! Starting in September, this new space will offer us 2 smaller classrooms (one for 15 children and another for 12 children), a large indoor gross motor space, a kitchen, a parent/teacher lounge, a cubby room and an office. We will also have a large play garden to play outside in. This will give us an opportunity to have great ratios and more open spaces. Stay tuned for when our new space will be open for visitors to come and see.
Currently enrolling for 2 days, 3 days, and 5 days per week with part day option (9am-1pm) or full day option (9am-3pm) for the 2024-2025 school year.

Garden Nursery School is a parent and teacher run cooperative preschool located in Harvard Square in Cambridge. For more than half a century, Garden Nursery School has offered a nurturing and stimulating environment for children and their families.
The school was founded on the belief that active parental involvement helps establish community and that this, in turn, naturally eases the transition for children as they make their way in their new school environment. We are located at 24A Farwell Place in Harvard Square, across from the Cambridge Common. To reach the school from Garden Street, walk along the path that is to the left of Christ Church's circular driveway. If you are driving, please do not park in this driveway.
